We produce 500x500mm rubber floor tiles.
They are available in 3 thicknesses - 30 mm, 40 mm, 48 mm - and 8 colors.
SBR rubber granules are colored with a very fine synthetic inorganic iron oxide (Fe2O3) pigment.
Inorganic synthetic pigments are characterized by pure tone, high dispersion and coloring ability (intensity), they are resistant to light and atmosphere.

Top layer of rubber tiles – recycled SBR rubber 1 – 3 mm diameter granules. SBR rubber granules are colored with a very fine synthetic inorganic iron oxide (Fe2O3) pigment. 8 colors available.
The bottom layer of rubber tiles – recycled SBR rubber 1 – 3 mm diameter granules.
Plastic tile connectors, the main function of which is to align the tiles and reduce the gaps between them.

What does SBR mean?
The abbreviation SBR stands for styrene butadiene rubber. Due to its good wear resistance, car tires are made from SBR rubber.
How to care for Elastful rubber floor tiles?
In the daily cleaning of the premises, the covering can be maintained with a soft bristle broom or a vacuum cleaner. Outside the premises, the covering can be maintained with a high pressure device for cleaning with water. The water pressure must not be too high (≤ 200 bar). There must be a distance of at least 30 cm between the water jet and the floor surface. In winter conditions, it is recommended to clean the pavement with a wooden or plastic snow shovel. Are Elastful rubber floor tiles waterproof?
Yes, Elastful rubber floor tiles are water permeable. Rubber tiles provide good surface grip in any weather.
How to cut rubber floor tiles?
You can use a construction knife or jigsaw (with wood blades) to cut Elastful rubber tiles.
What is the lifespan of Elastful rubber floor tiles?
The service life of rubber tiles is at least 10 years, and it depends on the external conditions and the intensity of use.
How are Elastful rubber floor tiles manufactured?
Elastful rubber floor tiles are produced with cold pressing technology. In the production process, when all the raw materials are thoroughly mixed, assembled in molds and pressed, the rubber tiles in a pressed state are placed in a drying chamber for 4 to 6 hours. When exposed to low temperature, the sauna effect, the pores of the rubber granules open, where the glue is absorbed. This process later has a positive effect on the flexibility and density of the resulting rubber tile, its durability and service life. When produced with cold pressing technology, the obtained rubber tiles have no smell and do not decompose under the influence of the environment.
Can Elastful rubber tiles be installed directly on the lawn?
To avoid the movement of rubber tiles and to ensure the stability of the pavement, we recommend excavating a layer of soil and preparing a base of leveled gravel.
Are Elastful rubber floor tiles certified?
Elastful rubber tiles are certified according to standard EN 1177:2018.
Do Elastful rubber floor tiles have a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on all Elastful products.
What adhesive is recommended for gluing rubber tiles on a concrete base?
Use a polyurethane binder (MAPEI Adesilex G19 or similar).
